Chief Strategy & Development Officer

Rucelle Dizon is the Chief Corporate Development Officer at Prime Pensions Inc. In her role, Rucelle is responsible for driving the development and execution of inorganic growth strategies. Rucelle has 25 years of experience leading strategic acquisitions across Human Capital Management, Industrials and Market Research companies. Rucelle is a frequent Guest Lecturer at Rutgers Business School.

Most recently, Rucelle was Head of M&A + Strategic Partnerships at Circana. Prior to Circana, Rucelle led M&A activity for TE’s ~$4.0bn Industrials Segment.  During her career at TE, Rucelle deployed ~$0.5bn in capital for strategic acquisitions across the Aerospace & Defense, Industrials and Medical business units. Prior to TE, Rucelle spent ~10 years in ADP’s Corporate M&A group where she deployed $1.5bn of capital on acquisitions, led a $2.0bn spin-off of ADP’s dealer services business and divested half a dozen companies which generated $0.5bn+ of capital to shareholders.

Rucelle began her career as an investment banker focused on the Telecom, Media and Technology industry at JPMorgan and Credit Suisse where she worked on a wide range of transactions including, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring as well as equity and debt financing.

Rucelle holds an MBA from the Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Scott Feit, Founder and President of Prime Pensions, has over 25 years of experience as a pension consultant, designing, implementing and administering thousands of corporate retirement plans. Scott is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), he is a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC) and a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).

Scott is also an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA). As an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent, Scott is allowed to represent companies before the Internal Revenue Service on retirement plan matters. Scott has written and published several articles on various retirement plan topics and he has lectured extensively on 401(k), profit sharing and pension plans. Scott worked as a CPA in the early 90’s with Arthur Andersen after graduating from Bucknell University with an accounting degree.
