Our team is the core of the Prime Pensions advantage. We are over 250 highly certified professionals—including in-house actuaries—dedicated solely to delivering precision, speed, and regulatory excellence across every plan.
Founder & President
We maintain in-house actuaries who are mandatory for complex Defined Benefit plan sign-offs—a critical expertise rarely found in bundled or smaller firms.
We invest heavily in training to ensure our team is the first to understand and implement regulatory changes, translating complexity into smooth, compliant client plans.
Our 250+ technical employees handle over 13,000 plans across the country, proving our ability to manage scale without sacrificing service.
We believe the best TPA service requires more than just administration; it requires deep, constant technical mastery. Every Prime Pensions employee is rigorously trained and strongly encouraged to obtain and maintain professional certifications. This commitment ensures that your dedicated point of contact understands the nuances of every regulation and change, giving you reliable answers immediately.
Certifications Drive Confidence
To ensure we are certified to handle every aspect of your plan, our team members hold a wide variety of designations including QKA, QPA, ERPA Designations, Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and Enrolled Actuaries (EAs).
