Karthik Mohan

Chief Operating Officer

Karthik Mohan serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Prime Pensions Inc., where he oversees and enhances daily operational management, ensuring the efficient and compliant administration of retirement plans, along with management of mergers and acquisitions integration. He brings more than 23 years of comprehensive financial services experience in the insurance sector, having held multiple leadership positions at Helmsman Management Services LLC, Ironshore, Simply Business, and Liberty Mutual. Throughout his career, Karthik has cultivated a strong expertise in operational excellence, strategic planning, technology, risk management and compliance, sales, distribution, partnerships, marketing, and customer service.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Karthik is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and maintains resident individual producer licenses in Massachusetts for Property, Casualty, Accident & Health, and Life insurance lines.

Residing in Ashland, MA, Karthik enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. His hobbies include kayaking, golfing, hiking, traveling, carpentry, and staying up to date with the latest technology.

Scott Feit, Founder and President of Prime Pensions, has over 25 years of experience as a pension consultant, designing, implementing and administering thousands of corporate retirement plans. Scott is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), he is a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC) and a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).

Scott is also an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA). As an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent, Scott is allowed to represent companies before the Internal Revenue Service on retirement plan matters. Scott has written and published several articles on various retirement plan topics and he has lectured extensively on 401(k), profit sharing and pension plans. Scott worked as a CPA in the early 90’s with Arthur Andersen after graduating from Bucknell University with an accounting degree.
