Debbie has nearly 40 years of experience in the retirement plan industry encompassing all facets of retirement plan administration and firm management Her specialties include personnel management and career development, financial modeling and forecasting, workflow and CRM data base development, profitability analysis, and management of strategic partnerships. In her role, she is primarily focused on client consulting, sophisticated plan design, and all aspects of retirement plan operations.

Debbie has considerable experience working on large, national/multi-location/audited plans. Debbie also spent many years of her career working in the daily valuation/recordkeeping environment where she was tasked with managing the relationships and administration of the firms’ largest clients.

Debbie has earned industry designations through the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

Scott Feit, Founder and President of Prime Pensions, has over 25 years of experience as a pension consultant, designing, implementing and administering thousands of corporate retirement plans. Scott is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), he is a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC) and a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).

Scott is also an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA). As an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent, Scott is allowed to represent companies before the Internal Revenue Service on retirement plan matters. Scott has written and published several articles on various retirement plan topics and he has lectured extensively on 401(k), profit sharing and pension plans. Scott worked as a CPA in the early 90’s with Arthur Andersen after graduating from Bucknell University with an accounting degree.
